Karen Winston-Levin Wins 2016 Barnstormers Poster Contest

Karen Winston-Levin's "Red Barn No. 4" is the 2016 winner of the Barnstormers Poster contest. The is the 10th Anniversary of Barnstormers, a Frederick County Landmarks Foundation barn tour and paint-out. Karen's artwork will be featured on the 2016 Tour booklet cover and Plein Air Paint-Out poster.
