TAG/The Artists Gallery Annual Unjuried Show

August 4–27, 2023

ENTRY GUIDELINES

Le Salon at TAG 2022 is open to all artists submitting original artworks including (but not limited to) drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, and printmaking. No reproductions!

  1. Register early, only the first 125 artworks will be accepted. All work must be preregistered on TAG’s website by July 24, 2023.

  2. Dates to drop off preregistered work: Friday and Saturday, July 28 and 29 from , noon - 8 pm; and Sunday July 30, noon - 4 pm. Only preregistered work will be accepted.

  3. All unsold work must be picked up: Sun, August 27, noon - 4 pm & Mon, August 28, 3 - 7 pm

  4. Work requirements: Please see below for 2D and 3D requirements.

  5. Entry Fee: $30 for one piece and $10 for each second and third piece. Maximum 3 pieces.

  6. Gallery Commissions: 30% goes to the gallery

  7. “Le Salon” is a cash & carry exhibit. Artists will be notified of sold work. Unsold work must remain until the end of the exhibit.

 
ENTERING LE SALON

  1. Read the requirements for entering “Le Salon”

  2. Fill out the online application for up to 3 entries. After you click the “Register” button, copies of the application will be sent to you as well as to TAG.

  3. Download the PDF and print out 3 copies: one for your records, one for TAG when you drop off work and one to cut and place on the back or bottom of entries.

  4. Bring artwork to TAG during drop off times listed above. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

2-D work cannot be any larger than 30" x 30" including the frame. Work must be ready to hang with wire and sturdy enough for normal handling. When appropriate, work must be framed behind glass or plexiglass. Wet canvases, wet frames, and entries mounted behind glass without frames will not be accepted. 3-D work must fit a 15" square pedestal. Artist’s name, title, medium, and the price must be on the back of each work. 

 

All possible and reasonable care will be taken to insure that your work remains safe during the exhibit. However, TAG/The Artists Gallery and its members cannot assume responsibility for the loss or damage of artwork. Artists are encouraged to insure their work.

LE SALON ENTRY FORM 2023
Registration Deadline: July 24, 2023 

When you submit the form below, you will receive an email acknowledging your registration. Attached to the email will be a PDF copy of the form. Please do the following:

  1. Print out 3 copies of the form

  2. Cut apart 1 copy. Attach each label to the back or bottom of your art. 

  3. Bring the second copy with you when you drop off your work

  4. Keep the third copy for your files.

  5. We allow each registrant to submit one image for use in publicity. If you want,  attach it with the first artwork submitted where indicated. Please keep images less that 600k.
