Do What Makes You Happy
Everywhere you go you come with yourself. So you might as well make sure you're happy. As Einstein said, "Creativity is intelligence having fun." I can think of no better way to validate one's existence. We have no idea what it's all about. We delude ourselves if we think we are in control. We are in a total brain-frying fog when it comes to the big cosmic questions.
We have no choice but to roll with it. Each day is the equivalent of jumping off a cliff. Art is powerful, all encompassing. Art is an adventure. Art gives purpose, meaning and dignity. Art makes some sense out of our collective questioning.
Art is a concrete way of affirming life's experiences. This is why I do it. I don't want to die before I die.
