The show was inspired by a trip I took to Greece in November 2018. My primary interest in photography has been geometric forms in architecture with added excitement of shadow and light, but also street photography, portraiture and beautiful landscape- but still always incorporating that form of light and shadow and geometry. Thirty years ago I went to Greece, my eye wasn't ready for it, but what I saw remained in my mind for years, the beautiful architecture, wonderful people, and alley cats everywhere. In my recent trip what I saw and hoped to capture exceeded my expectations. I hope my photographs capture this excitement.
