Artist's Statement: A barn owl collaged over wood, with a clutch of objects that I found in the woods. These days bits of electronica are showing up in the clandestine dumps. I can identify the feathers and acorns I typically haul home, but I don’t know the names of these things— resistors? Capacitors? They sound like metaphors…
