Last summer, I visited San Francisco for the first time since the late 1970’s, when I went there on SEC business. I had no time then to explore the city. This time, while my lovely wife attended the American Psychological Association Annual Conference, I had a full week to wander about the city’s people and the sights. I was stunned by the city’s energy, complexity, contradictions, and, of course, its physical beauty!
In this exhibition, I have tried my utmost to capture, through my Leica CL, San Francisco’s soul: its hustle bustle, its incredible colors, and its unique geography. I came away from my visit with a huge grin on my face and 1,100 images. I only can hope that this exhibit may kindle good memories of your past visits to this amazing city or create a desire to visit it and partake in the city’s amazing people, culture, food, and sights.
